News Open Evening - Wednesday 10th March
February 24, 2010 Many of you have expressed the desire to bring friends to the studio so that they can see what you get up to in your gyro sessions and try out Gyrotonic Excercise for themselves. We are therefore holding an open evening on Wednesday March 10th
from 6.00 - 8.30pm
. Please join us for drinks and nibbles plus the chance to meet our new instructor Brenda Vasconcelos.
As this is very close to Mothers Day - Sunday 14th March
we thought the open evening might also be the perfect opportunity for you to purchase gifts, or drop heavy hints to your loved ones about what you would like!!
Obviously Gyrotonic Gift Vouchers make a fantastic present but we will also have wonderful

products and some lovely gift baskets from

bespoke cards, beautiful cushion, jewellery made by award winning jeweller Bianca Jones

available for you to enjoy.
Massage therapists Andrew Aitken
and Gordon Cunningham will also be here ready to give you an insight into the various types of massage on offer at Penny Withers Studio and you could even discover the benefits of a relaxing massage at the end of the day!
