Franzisca Paine-Berdat

Franzisca gained her first diploma in Holistic Massage in 2003 at the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine.

The experience of her own two pregnancies and natural births at home kindled her passion to support women and couples during their childbearing year. In 2009 she qualified in Pregnancy Massage with Well Mother, one of Britain’s leading Pregnancy Shiatsu and Massage educators. Franzisca also offers sessions for the expecting mother and her birth partner to learn safe and effective massage techniques in preparation for labour and birth.

Her growing interest in physical exercise and a desire for deeper understanding of the human body lead her to study Remedial and Sports Massage at the Western School. She qualified in 2012.

Since 2011 Franzisca has worked at the Achilles Heel Sports Injury clinic, where she’s busy treating people participating in sports and physical activities both for leisure and professionally from all walks of life. This has given her extensive experience in all these therapeutic practices.

In addition by Summer 2014 Franzisca will be qualified to offer Thai Massage.
